Moffitt Consultants are a team of
former senior executives (Presidents, GM’s, COO’s, VP’s, Directors, etc.) who have led one or more successful lean
conversions in industry. Virtually all have been directly trained in lean/TPS methodology and tools by members
of Taiichi Ohno’s Autonomous Study Group at Toyota. Moffitt consultants provide a rare blend of management breadth
and technical depth that is so critical to successful lean transformations. Clients are typically assigned one
consultant to facilitate consistency, efficiency and the development of a sensei/client relationship.
