We are former executives, presidents, vice presidents of operations and drivers of successful Lean Conversions at companies like Danaher, Wiremold, Pratt and Whitney, Herman Miller and Invensys.
We have no "second tier" of junior consultants as we are all proven leaders of the same caliber. We have gained our lean knowledge directly from teachers on Taiichi Ohno's TPS team. And we all have double digit years as lean implementation expertise.
